Ray Fosnot
Ray was hired as the Treasurer on August 1, 2018 to take over for Sharon Hill, who was retiring. He retired as a Program Manager from the Air Force Audit Agency at Wright-Patterson AFB, in 2016 after spending 26+ years in the audit field. Ray received a BS in Professional Accountancy from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Kutztown University. He also received his CPA certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Ray and his wife Susan reside in Huber Heights.
